At PatBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our hand-embroidered designs. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
